Covid-19 Podiatry and Physiotherapy Availability
We hope you are keeping well during this challenging time. The following is an outline of our availability during the various levels of lockdown.
Alert Levels 3 and 4The clinic will be closed but we will be available to see urgent, regular clients. The level of urgency will be determined by the clinician, based on a telephone assessment.We will be available for Telehealth advice/appointments.Please leave a message on the clinic answer phone which we will be clearing regularly.
Alert Levels 2Prior to making an appointment, you will be required to confirm by email or telephone that you have no symptoms of COVID-19 or risk factors for developing COVID-19.On entering the clinic, all clients will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided in the waiting room. You will also be required to use the NZ Covid Tracer App.
During level 2, to limit the number of people in the clinic at one time, you will be required to wait outside the clinic or in your car until the receptionist advises you to enter. You will also be asked to wear a mask. The preferred method of payment will be by direct debit or Paywave.
If you are suffering from any illness, please stay at home and postpone your appointment until you are well. If you are considered high risk, only make an appointment if it is absolutely necessary. We will continue to be available for Telehealth advice/appointments.
